One of the best ways to judge the quality and professionalism of the work completed by a home inspector is to take a close look at their inspection report, and maybe you're asking yourself, "What's the difference?"

Well, some reports are a cookie-cutter check box style. In other words, one inspection report fits all homes. The inspector puts an X in a box beside the items listed, making the report inefficient and difficult to read. Many of the items listed on it don't even pertain to your home.
